We know that everyone would prefer to meet in person, but for 2021 to keep everyone safe we are meeting you where you are. vaaeyc is committed to bringing you the best possible online experience.

Attendees: If you are an attendee, start with looking through the schedule and the FAQ's. Then use the Attendee Registration Form in the menu on your left. After you are registered, you'll have access to the Attendee Service Center where you can update your profile including adding a photo, and eventually enter the online conference venue.

• Member Full Event: Early Bird by February 1 Extended through February 5 : $75 | After February 5: $100
• Non-Member Full Event: Early Bird by February 1 Extended through February 5 : $100 | After February 5: $125
• Student Full Event: Early Bird by February 1 Extended through February 5 : $25 | After February 5 $50 (Must be a full-time student in an ECE Program.)

Discounts available for large groups.
Registrations received before the Early Bird Cut-off will receive a special conference package mailed to them for the live event.

Vendors and Sponsors: Start with the Vendor and Sponsors from the menu on your left. From here you can reserve a virtual booth and snag one of the great sponsorship opportunities.

Presenters: You have been emailed access to the Speaker Service Center in the menu on your left. You have already been registered by vaaeyc and sent your login credentials. Email HERE if you don't have them.
