This was a difficult decision. We know the importance of meeting face-to-face to learn and share experiences. The realities of COVID-19 and it's impact mean that we have to be safe and sensitive to the needs of Early Childhood Education providers. For safety and financial reasons, this was the right move to make. |
Participation in an online conference requires having some minimum technical needs met. Here are the most important items you will need to know, and check before the conference.

With the decision to take the conference online, we are "pivoting" to make sure that we deliver and exceptional online event. We have had to take the old budget, tear it up, and start all over! We are working hard to make sure that we deliver a quality event at an affordable price.
Registrations received before the Early Bird Cut-off will receive a special conference package mailed to them for the live event. |
Active members of VAAEYC will receive a special codes via email when registration opens. If you are a member of another NAEYC affiliate or in another state, we will have to verify your membership which may take a bit of extra time. (We have to reach out to each affiliate to confirm membership.) So when you request the code be sure to include your name, address, and email address to help us verify it faster. Be sure to update your membership listing with NAEYC or SECA to make sure we have your email address. |
You'll need to provide your school name and your student ID number, or a copy of a current class registration. Only full-time students are eligible for the discount. Email us here with your verification information for the promo code. |

Yes! If you just need proof of attendance for your employer, the conference platform will track what sessions you participate in and you will be able to download your own report. |
All conference registrations are non-refundable since the conference sessions may be viewed until March 28, 2021. |
