All attendees must register online and pay directly via credit card or by providing a school district purchase order (PO) and payment by check.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
STAT CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation/Refund Deadline: October 29, 2021. After this date, registration fees are typically nonrefundable. Attendee cancellation and refund requests must be in writing and received by email at email@example.com or postmarked by October 29, 2021, and mailed to: Science Teachers Association of Texas or STAT, 3305 Steck Avenue, Suite 200, Austin, TX 78757. A $25 fee will also be charged for insufficient fund checks and disputing valid credit card charges.
Registrants who do not pay their balance may not be eligible to attend future CAST conferences. Please know that your registration is a “reservation” to attend CAST21; therefore, unless you cancel by the deadline, you are responsible for full payment of your registration, regardless of your attendance at the conference.

Changing or Substituting a Registration
You may substitute another attendee from the same district/organization for your registration at no charge by logging in to the Attendee Service Center. There, you may change the name and update the necessary contact information. All registration transfers must be completed before October 29, 2021, as substitutions will not be allowed during the event.
