1. What does CAST 24/7 include? CAST 24/7 includes video recordings of more than 50 hours of virtual continuing education, including popular CAST21 workshops, brand-new sessions, and Q&As with featured speakers, available on demand for all attendees through August 31, 2022.
2. If I registered and paid for CAST21, do I need to register again? If you registered for the in-person CAST21 at the Full Conference Registration member, nonmember, or retired or student rates, your CAST21 registration includes full access to the virtual CAST 24/7. You do not need to register again or pay any registration fees. You should have received an email with instructions on accessing the CAST 24/7 virtual platform. If you did not receive this information, please contact stat@statweb.org. If you registered for the in-person CAST21 at the Saturday-Only or Guest registration rates, your previous registration does not include access to the virtual CAST 24/7. 3. Can I earn credit hours as an attendee? STAT is a TEA-approved CPE provider, and sessions at CAST 24/7 qualify for professional development credit hours. Click here for the CAST 24/7 CEU tracker.
4. How do I access the virtual event platform? You will receive a confirmation email from STAT that will have additional conference information, including how to access the event website. 5. How do I access presenters' session handouts and resources? You'll access session handouts and resources through the virtual event platform. When you click on a session in the agenda, you'll find session attachments below a session's description and speaker information if there are any handouts/resources available for that session.
6. What is the enrollment deadline? Enroll by May 31, 2022, to receive access to the CAST 24/7 on-demand library through August 31, 2022.
7. To whom do we make the check payable? Where do we send it? Please make the check payable to: Science Teachers Association of Texas OR STAT Checks should be mailed to: Science Teachers Association of Texas 3305 Steck Avenue, Suite 200 Austin, TX 78757 Please make sure to include a copy of your confirmation receipt and the names of attendees along with your check.
8. Can I submit a purchase order? Yes. Purchase orders are now required to pay by check. Credit card payments are also accepted.
9. Can I enroll a group? Yes! Please visit the group options page for instructions. All participants—whether enrolled as individuals or as part of a group—are bound by STAT's CAST Terms & Conditions. Please note that the group rate applies to new attendees for CAST 24/7 only. CAST21 registrations do not count toward the group rate.
