Group Registration Information & Instructions

STAT is pleased to offer a registration option for groups starting with a minimum of five (5) participants. Registration rates are discounted further as the group gets larger, which makes this option a great way to save even more on the already affordable CAST Reimagined 2020 rates. Organize a team of educators on your campus or in your district to create a shared-experience event in a virtual environment. STAT will provide all groups with tips and tricks to maximize the group experience.

Group Registration Options

• Group registration for 5-9 attendees costs $81 per person -- a 10% discount -- and includes access to on-demand content through December 31, 2020.
• Group registration for 10-19 attendees costs $76 per person -- a 15% discount -- and includes access to on-demand content through December 31, 2020.
• Group registration for 20 and more attendees costs $72 per person -- a 20% discount -- and includes access to on-demand content through December 31, 2020.

To Qualify for the Group Registration Option

• The entire group registration must be processed in one transaction and managed through one payment.
• A minimum of five (5) attendees must be registered at one time. Further discounts are available for groups of 10 or more and, additionally, 20 or more.

Group Registration Process

• STAT recommends that you use this template to collect all of the necessary attendee information prior to beginning the registration process. To make a copy of the template, click "File - Make a Copy" and use it to document your group's specifications.
• After filling out the first attendee's information, you will be prompted to select an option for registering a group. After making that selection, you will be able to enter the next attendee’s information using the “Add an Attendee” option, repeating the process for each new registrant.
• Once you have entered all of your attendee information, please complete the checkout process.
• Following completion, each individual may edit his or her own registration in the Attendee Service Center.
