All participants — whether registered as individuals or as part of a group — are bound by STAT’s CAST Registration Terms and Conditions.

We will accept paid registrations up until and through the start of the conference on November 5, 2020, ensuring you receive all the necessary information needed to participate in and access the CAST virtual event platform.

Cancellation requests for conference registration will be accepted until October 23, 2020 but are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Contact stat@statweb.org for information. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

Refunds of $25 or less will not be processed. A $25 fee will also be charged for insufficient fund checks and disputing valid credit card charges.

Registrants who do not pay their balance may not be eligible to attend future CAST conferences. Please know that your registration is a “reservation” to attend CAST Reimagined 2020; therefore, you are responsible for a full payment of your registration, regardless of your attendance at the conference.

You may substitute another attendee for your registration at no charge by logging into the Attendee Service Center. There, you may change your name and update the necessary contact information.

Please note that all registration transfers must be completed before October 23, 2020 as substitutions will not be allowed during the event.

Yes. Everyone, including presenters and volunteers, must register and pay the applicable registration fees.

Yes, more information on scholarships is available at https://www.statweb.org/cast-scholarships. Applications must be submitted by the deadline of October 4, 2020.

STAT is a TEA-approved CPE provider, and sessions at CAST Reimagined 2020 qualify for professional development credit hours. Each time you view a broadcast or on-demand session, be sure to record its title and the date/time it was watched; then, total the hours for all the sessions viewed during the conference using this CEU tracker.

Conference activities that qualify for professional development hours include workshops, general sessions, featured sessions, field courses, Partner Playgrounds, STAT Chats and Table Talks; social and networking activities outlined above do not qualify for hours.
