You must pay your conference registration in full prior to the start of the conference on Nov. 21, 2019, in order to receive a badge on-site.

PURCHASE ORDERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. STAT accepts payment by check or credit card only. Cash will be accepted on-site only.


Yes. Please begin the individual registrant process. Once the first registrant’s information has been entered, you will have the option to select “Add an Attendee.” Select this option and enter the next attendee’s information, repeating the process until complete. Once you have entered all of your attendees, please complete the checkout process.

Once registered, each individual may edit his/her own registration through the Attendee Service Center.

All registrants—whether registered as individuals or as part of a group—are bound by STAT’s CAST Registration Terms and Conditions.


We accept registrations up until the last day of the conference. However, the fee for registrations received after Sept. 28, 2019, will be the Full Conference Registration Rate of $230 for those attending multiple days.


Yes, but we recommend registering in advance to secure your registration materials and payment.


Yes. A current student ID must be shown.


Attendees must cancel themselves through the Attendee Service Center. To access the Attendee Service Center you will use the link and login information provided in your confirmation email.


Refunds (minus at $25 cancellation fee) will be given for cancellations requested on or before Oct. 29. No cancellations/refunds will be processed after Oct. 29, 2019.

You may substitute another attendee for your registration.
You will need to email stat@statweb.org and let us know the name of the original registrant, as well as the new person''s name, school and email address.  We cannot substitute without that information.

Please keep in mind that your badge will be printed onsite. All badge transfers must be completed before Nov. 18 as substitutions will not be taken on-site.


No. All CAST 2019 sessions—whether workshops or extended sessions—are first-come, first-served on-site.


Yes. Everyone, including presenters and volunteers, must register and pay the applicable registration fee.
