Registration Deadlines and Rates

Full Conference Registration: $230

Register after Sept. 28, 2019. Includes access to all conference workshops, two-hour extended sessions (formerly “Short Courses”), and social events, as well as the CAST Exhibit Hall. Please note that extended sessions will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Field Courses (formerly "Educational Excursions") will be available for an additional registration fee.

Retired/Student Full-Conference Registration: $75

This is a special rate for retired and pre-service educators only. Includes access to all conference workshops, two-hour extended sessions (formerly “Short Courses”), and social events, as well as the CAST Exhibit Hall. Please note that extended sessions will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Field Courses (formerly "Educational Excursions") will be available for an additional registration fee.

Saturday-only Registration: $75

Includes access to Saturday conference workshops, two-hour extended sessions (formerly “Short Courses”), and the CAST Exhibit Hall. Please note that extended sessions will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Field Courses (formerly "Educational Excursions") will be available for an additional registration fee.

Guest Registration: $65

Includes access to Exhibit Hall and social events only. Guests may not attend conference sessions.
