CAST Registration Terms and Conditions
Payment Deadlines
Early Bird Registration (Aug. 24–Sept. 23): $160 — Registration fees must be paid in full via credit card or check postmarked on or before Sept. 23, 2018. Purchase orders will not be accepted.
Regular Registration (Sept. 24–Nov. 1): $210 — Registration fees must be paid in full via credit card or check on or before Nov. 1, 2018. Purchase orders will not be accepted.

Please include the full names of all teachers or their confirmation numbers with the check.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations for conference registration will be accepted until
Oct. 19, 2018, but are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Contact
stat@statweb.org for information.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Refunds of $25 or less will not be processed.
A $25 fee will also be charged for insufficient fund checks and disputing valid credit card charges.
Registrants who do not pay their balance will not be eligible to attend future CAST conferences. Please know that your registration is a “reservation” to attend CAST 2018; therefore, you are responsible for full payment of your registration, regardless of your attendance at the conference.
Changing or Substituting a Registration
You may substitute another attendee for your registration by logging in to the Attendee Service Center and changing the name and contact information. Please keep in mind that your badge will be printed onsite. All badge transfers must be completed before Nov. 1 as substitutions will not be taken on-site.
