2018 Call for Proposals - Sponsors

Please use this form if you are submitting sessions on behalf of a CAST sponsor.

Proposal Submission Requirements

Before you log in to the Call for Proposals website, gather the information listed below.

• Proposed session title
• Session description (50-word limit)
• Description of attendee interaction during your session—i.e., will they engage in interactive discussion, skill-building exercises, etc.? (50-word limit)
• Three session outcomes/takeaways
• Explanation of how your proposal aligns to research, best practices and/or STEM standards
• Target grade level, if applicable
• Subject area, if applicable
• Content level (foundational, applied or strategic)
• Target audience (classroom teachers, campus leaders/coaches, district supervisors, informal educators or all)
• Presentation logistics (panel, lecture, roundtable, demonstration/hands-on investigation, extended session [formerly “Short Course”], 20- to 30-minute poster session/lesson share)
• Maximum attendee request
• Room set-up request (roundtable, classroom set, theater)
• Name of lead presenter and any co-presenters
