Extended Sessions

New this year: Extended sessions (formerly “Short Courses”) are now included in your full conference registration! No extra fees! Preregistration is required for selected extended sessions and excursions.

However, due to the resources required for attendees, the extended sessions listed below require preregistration during the online registration process. This is not a full list of extended sessions—only those extended sessions that require preregistration.

Download Itinerary to Outlook    Read more on how to download >> Download Your Search Result to Microsoft Outlook (Note : This file can also be imported into ical/Google Calendar.) Right click the link above and save the file to your desktop. Open Microsoft Outlook. On the File menu, click Import and Export... In Choose an action to perform, click Import from another program or file, and then click Next. In Select file type to import from, click vCalendar - vcs, and then click Next. In File to Import, type the path and file name of the file that you just downloaded or click Browse to navigate to the file, and then click Next. In Select Destination Folder, click Calendar, and then click Next. Click Finish.
