Educational Excursions

RSVP-required Educational Excursions are full, but good news: The Museum Bus does not require preregistration! Visit the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, Botanical Research Institute of Texas and Fort Worth Japanese Garden! See page 14 of your program for details.

IMPORTANT: The times for the National Weather Service and Fossil Rim Behind the Sciences excursions were updated after the print program went to press. The correct times are:

National Weather Service - Thursday, November 1
Check in at 3:15 p.m.
Excursion: 3:30-6:30 p.m.

Fossil Rim Behind the Scences - Friday, November 2
Check in at 7:15 a.m.
Excursion: 7:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

Right click the link above and save the file to your desktop. Open Microsoft Outlook. On the File menu, click Import and Export... In Choose an action to perform, click Import from another program or file, and then click Next. In Select file type to import from, click vCalendar - vcs, and then click Next. In File to Import, type the path and file name of the file that you just downloaded or click Browse to navigate to the file, and then click Next. In Select Destination Folder, click Calendar, and then click Next. Click Finish.
