Registration Types
All sales are final, cancelations are not permitted. SACNAS will not provide refunds if you are unable to attend. One substitution is permitted prior to October 16, 2026 and a $50 substitution fee will apply.

Payment Policy

General Attendees: Payment is required at the time of registration and credit cards are the only form of payment accepted for general attendees. SACNAS accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. SACNAS covers the 1.5% credit card transaction fee for each registration.

Group Registration: If you are registering a group, you are eligible to pay by invoice or credit card. Credit cards are the preferred payment method. There is a $100 processing fee applied to all invoices. Invoices are due 45 days from the date of the original registration. Any registrations made after September 5th are due by Friday October 16th.
SACNAS collects demographic information from our membership and participants so that we can tailor programs, events, and services. Responses to demographic information are voluntary and are reported in aggregate to our members and the public. The demographic information collected is not used to determine individual eligibility or qualifications for SACNAS memberships, programs, and/or activities. SACNAS does not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, gender, or other protected classifications in its programs, events, and services.
