This year we are proud to offer two opportunities for group registration. 

If you are registering a group of students and know that one or more students have applied for the SACNAS travel scholarship or COLOR program, please do not include them in your group and pay for their registration. If you are unsure if one of your students has applied, please reach out to reg@sacnas.org, as we do not permit refunds.
Group Registration

Group registration is for registering a group of participants. At time of registration you will need to have the participant name and email.

Group Passes allows you to purchase a set of registration passes that can be assigned to a registrant at a later date.

Opportunity 1: Group Registration

If you have a group of 2+, and you know the names and emails of your group members, you can register using our Group Registration pathway above.
 

Opportunity 2: Group Passes

Do you know how many students or colleagues you want to bring to NDiSTEM, don't yet know their names but still want to take advantage of our Early Bird Pricing? 

Great! Simply purchase Group Passes above (2+ minimum), receive promo codes to assign later, and invite your people to register when you are ready! The Group Pass option allows you to purchase a set of registration passes now that you can assign to a registrant at a later date.  

Please note: Since we cannot verify membership at the time of your purchase, like with the Group Registration option, the group pass is purchased at the non-member pricing. After purchasing, if one of your group members does in fact have a membership, there will be a refund request form linked in your confirmation email that you can submit when you are ready, and we will refund you the $100 difference between member and non-member pricing. We will not automatically refund you, you must submit a refund request. Refund requests must be submitted by October 10th, 2025. No refunds for cancellations will be given. 
 

Payment Policy

  • Group Registrations: Credit cards are the preferred method of payment for NDiSTEM; Visa, Amex, Discover and American Express cards are accepted. Payment is due at the time of registration, unless paying by invoice (eligible to groups only). There is a $100 processing fee applied to all invoices and invoices are due 45 days from the date of the original registration. Any registrations made after September 5th are due by Friday, October 10th.
