2023 NDiSTEM Registration Prices
Registration Types
- Student: A person currently enrolled in an undergraduate, postbacc, or graduate program.
- Postdoc: A person professionally conducting research after the completion of their doctoral studies (typically a PhD)
- Professional: A person who is in their early, late or mid career
All sales are final, cancelations and exchanges or transfers are not permitted. SACNAS will not provide refunds if you are unable to attend.

Payment Policy
- General Attendees: Payment is required at the time of registration and credit cards are the only form of payment accepted for general attendees. SACNAS accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. SACNAS covers the 1.5% credit card transaction fee for each registration.
- Group Registration: If you are registering a group, you are eligible to pay by invoice or credit card. Credit cards are the preferred payment method. There is a $100 processing fee applied to all invoices. Invoices are due 45 days from the date of the original registration. Any registrations made after September 4th are due by Friday October 20th.
