You can purchase as many as you like in advance to take advantage of early bird pricing
By utilizing this new service, all registration passes are purchased at the non-member rate since we cannot verify membership
After purchasing, if one of your group members does in fact have a membership, there will be a refund request form linked in your confirmation email that you can submit when you are ready, and we will refund you the $100 difference between member and non-member pricing. We will not automatically refund you, you must submit a refund request
After purchasing, you will be given promo codes that you can provide to your chosen group members so they can register
If your group members register, but the invoice is not received within 45 days, those registrations will be canceled.

Group Pass Payment Options: If you are registering a group, you are eligible to pay by invoice or credit card. Credit cards are the preferred payment method. There is a $100 processing fee applied to all invoices. Invoices are due 45 days from the date of the original registration. Any registrations made after September 4th are due by Friday, October 20th.
