Research Presentations

Accepted 2023 Research Presenters:

All applicants for the 2023 SACNAS Research Presentation opportunity will be notified of their status by mid-August. Only accepted applicants will be permitted to present their research at the conference.  

Next Steps:

  • Congratulations! We are so excited to see you present your research at #2023NDiSTEM! All Spring accepted Research Presenters must register by September 8th. All Summer accepted Research Presenters must register by September 15th. 

  • Research Presenters will be expected to complete Conference Readiness. Emailed instructions will be sent from presentations@sacnas.org.

  • Details regarding the presentation date, time, and location will be sent by October.  


Summer Applications Now Closed

Through student research presentations, the SACNAS National Diversity in STEM (NDiSTEM) Conference equips young researchers with the skills and mentoring needed to be successful on their STEM journeys.

Accepted applicants will have the opportunity to refine presentation skills, receive one-on-one mentoring and feedback on research, and connect with a supportive community of peers, mentors, and role models throughout the conference.

Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for a research presentation:
If you are unsure if your membership is active or what type of member you are, click HERE.

SPRING Only: Community college, undergraduate, post-baccalaureate, graduate student, or post-doctoral researcher.

SUMMER Only: Undergraduate students in summer research programs - graduate students and postdoctoral researchers are not eligible to apply in the summer period.
