Wednesday, October 25 to Saturday, October 28th (Exact times TBD)

PLI is a two-part workshop (Wednesday and Saturday, with a roadmap of required activities throughout the 2023 SACNAS conference) for postdocs looking to develop their leadership skills and ability to bring their whole selves – including their culture – to work as an asset.

Participants will access a customized curriculum, mentoring opportunities, and practical skills training focused on team leadership, discernment, identity, and community building. Participants will end the conference having gained essential leadership skills they can take back to their workplace and cultivated a strong network of fellow diverse STEM leaders for year-round support.
