The Tip Jar Culture

8:00 AM

Sponsored by:

These days it seems like employee entitlement is at an all-time high, while engagement is at an all-time low. But what most leaders see as problems with workforce culture are actually just symptoms of the real problem.
In this unforgettable keynote former dueling pianist and award winning speaker Gregory Offner will demonstrate three principles of engagement—found in a piano bar—then discuss the strategies and stories of organizations who’ve applied these principles to business with phenomenal results.
Attendees will leave inspired, entertained, and equipped to put these principles into action, and create a Tip Jar Culture™ of their own.

PRIMA's
Keynote Lunch & Learn

State of the Cyber Insurance Market

11:30 AM
Sunday, June 9

Sponsored by

The cyber insurance has been in the midst of a hard market for several renewal cycles - pricing and coverage continuing to move in sine waves. The continued development of loss activity, the moving targets of security controls and the material wording changes has deepened the impact on insureds, with the potential of the hard market continuing for public entities who don't have required security controls in place. For the entities with the security controls, the market is starting to show signs of fragmentation. We will explore in detail the current marketplace asks for security controls, where the marketplace seems to be heading, as well as steps public entities can take to showcase themselves positively with the insurance marketplace.
Lunch will be provided.
