Announcing New Dates for the PRIMA 2024 Annual Conference!

Dear member of the risk management community,

I have important news to share: the dates of PRIMA’s 2024 Annual Conference have changed. The new dates are June 6-9, 2024, at the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville. The venue for the conference is unchanged.

Why did the dates change?

The original dates for the 2024 conference fell over the Juneteenth holiday (June 19). Out of respect for the holiday, the PRIMA Board of Directors opted to look for new dates. The available dates fall outside of our normal conference pattern—we will be kicking off the event on a Thursday and concluding on Sunday. This change is for 2024 only.

Why was the conference scheduled over Juneteenth?

PRIMA had to cancel the 2020 Annual Conference in Nashville due to COVID-19. Gaylord Opryland graciously allowed us to re-book the conference for June 16-19, 2024, instead of charging us the nearly $700,000 cancellation fee. At the time of re-booking, Juneteenth was not a recognized federal holiday.

Regardless of the date, PRIMA’s 2024 Annual Conference will offer the same great experience and content as in years past. We look forward to seeing you in Nashville next year! Registration opens in January 2024!
