PRIMA’s 2024 Annual Conference will be held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center. The convention center will be home for all activities unless otherwise noted.

Gaylord provides a complimentary shuttle for our guests. This shuttle makes a loop between our hotel (the Inn at Opryland), the Gaylord Resort and the Opry Mills Mall and back. The shuttle begins at 7:50am until 7:00pm daily and runs continuously. **Please note this schedule is subject to change**
