Conference Registration Includes:

  • conference materials 
  • admittance to all educational and general sessions
  • admittance to PRIMA's Business Exchange 
  • breakfast and lunch, Monday- Wednesday 
  • Welcome Reception and Tuesday Night's Signature Event

Group Registration 

If you are registering multiple individuals under one entity we are offering group discounts in the form of (3) or (6).  Group registrations are discounted by $100 for each group of (3).  Upon registering a group, the initial registrant will receive a group code in their confirmation email that the remaining registrations can use to register with. 

Registration Definitions:

  • Government: State agencies, local governments and intergovernmental risk-sharing administrators
  • Corporate: Private sector organizations
  • Student: Full Time (currently enrolled) students attending a college, university or community college

Scholarships

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be received in writing and are subject to a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations received after Monday, May 12, 2022, are nonrefundable.Sharing of registrations is not permitted at any time.

Health & Safety Policy: 

PRIMA's is committed to protecting and preserving public health, every individual who participates in PRIMA22 will be required to provide proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 OR provide proof you obtained an official negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of arriving at registration to pick up your badge. 
 
 

Notices

If PRIMA must cancel this conference for any reason, liability is limited to the registration fees paid only. PRIMA is not responsible for other expenses incurred. 
Payments to PRIMA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purpose.
