Airline Travel 

Delta Air Lines is pleased to offer airfares for PRIMA's 2019 Annual Conference. Refer to Meeting Code NMRHB to purchase your tickets and your negotiated discount may be applied. Reservations and ticketing are available via www.delta.com/meeting or by calling Delta Meeting Network Reservations at 800-328-1111, Monday-Friday 7 AM-7 PM CDT. When booking online, select Book Your Flight and this will bring you to the Book A Flight page. Enter the meeting code in the box provided.

The PRIMA Annual Conference discount is not valid with other discounts, certificates, coupons, or promotional offers. Not all fares are eligible.

Taxis, Uber, Lyft & Shuttles -Orlando International Airport (MCO)

Curbside pick-up by private car is on the Arrivals/Baggage Claim Level (Level 2). 
Rental Cars, Economy Parking, Shuttles, Taxis, Express Pick-Up, Shuttle Vans, Resort Transportation and Buses are on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1). 

Traveler's Note

Uber & Lyft are generally 10-15% cheaper than a taxi BUT watch the surge levels, because 2x is more expensive than a cab in almost any city. 

Special Events 

PRIMA will provide shuttle services to the Tuesday Night Social Event, shuttle pickup will  from the Gaylord Palms, level 1.
