Airline Travel
Delta Air Lines is pleased to offer airfares for PRIMA's 2018 Annual Conference. Refer to Meeting Code NMRHB to purchase your tickets and your negotiated discount may be applied. Reservations and ticketing are available via www.delta.com/meeting or by calling Delta Meeting Network Reservations at 800-328-1111, Monday-Friday 7 AM-7 PM CDT. When booking online, select Book Your Flight and this will bring you to the Book A Flight page. Enter the meeting code in the box provided.
The PRIMA Annual Conference discount is not valid with other discounts, certificates, coupons, or promotional offers. Not all fares are eligible.
Taxis -Indianapolis International Airport
Taxi service is available at the curb on the lower level of the terminal just outside of Baggage Claim. There is a $15 minimum charge for all fares from the airport regardless of distance.
Uber & Lyft
Uber and Lyft services are available from the airport to your selected destination. When using these services for pick-up, exit the terminal to the Ground Transportation Center on the first floor of the Terminal Garage.
- For pick-ups: head to the Ground Transportation Center
- For drop-offs: request a ride as usual and be dropped off at the main terminal building
Traveler's Note
Uber & Lyft are generally 10-15% cheaper than a taxi BUT watch the surge levels, because 2x is more expensive than a cab in almost any city.Special Events
Indianapolis proves itself to be a walkable metropolitan area. PRIMA will provide light shuttle services to the Tuesday Night Social Event for the elderly and/or individuals with disabilities. Shuttle pickup will be from the Marriott and the Westin.Special Accommodations
