VETS26 Exhibitor Information

Shephard is the General Service Contractor for VETS26. As a General Service Contractor, they build the booths and provide any extras (such as furniture) you may want for your booth. Shephard also handles the warehouse and delivery of boxes to the booth. They provide a special label for you to label your boxes for delivery.

Please note that if you are also a sponsor with a bag insert, the label is different and has been emailed to you separately.

As VETS26 takes place in a hotel ballroom, you do not need to order carpet.

Wi-Fi is also provided for the conference; you do not need to purchase it.

Power

The Hyatt Regency New Orleans uses Freeman to provide power. If you want to charge your laptops, show videos or plug in lights, you will need to purchase power.

Wi-Fi is included in the hotel ballroom and is available for everyone. Exhibitors do not need to purchase Wi-Fi for their booth.

Sponsor / Exhibitor Service Center

If you have not yet logged into the Sponsor / Exhibitor Service Center, please do so.

This is where you can:

• Upload your logo and ensure your company information is up to date. All this information is public on the VETS website.
• Register your complimentary staff and additional staff. VETS does not differentiate between registrations; everyone attending can access all sessions and meals and be in the booth.
• Booking your booth does not register you for the conference. If you are attending, you will also need to register.

Book Your Hotel Rooms

If you have not done so yet, do not forget to book your hotel room.

• VETS26 has a discounted rate of $249 per night plus taxes and fees.
• The room block closes on May 8, 2026, or when the block sells out, whichever comes first.
• You can book directly using this housing link.

NVSBC does not employ anyone who can help you book a hotel room reservation. We also do not sell lists, and the registration list will be available to everyone before the conference.
