Service Centers for the VETS25 Conference
Whether you're a Sponsor, Exhibitor, or Attendee, our Service Centers are here to assist you with planning and logistics for the VETS25 Conference.
Sponsor / Exhibitor Service Center (SESC) The SESC is where you can manage your sponsorship or exhibit booth, pay your invoice, and access pre-conference planning materials. You will also be able to register booth personnel and complimentary registration holders alongside other attendees. Only the Sponsorship / Exhibitor POC will have login credentials for this service center.
Attendee Service Center (ASC) The ASC is where you’ll manage your individual registration details, review pre-conference planning matierals and access the attendee list. You will not have access to this service center until you have personally registered for the conference.
Speaker Service Center (SSC) The SSC will help speakers with session preparation and registration. Details regarding speaker registration will be sent out by the VETS25 Conference Program Director.
**Note: The Hotel Reservation Process has Changed!
A block of rooms have been secured at the Rosen Center for conference attendees and exhibitors at a rate of $140 per night plus taxes and fees. Take advantage of the VETS25 Conference discounted block rate. The housing block is open until either the block is sold out or Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
