Cancelation and Refund Policy:
Cancelations will be accepted through COB (5:00 pm EDT) on April 21, 2025, and must be received in writing, to vets@nvsbc.org. Registration fees will be refunded in full minus a handling and processing charge of $100.00 for individual registration. If you are a government employee or your registration fee is $0.00, you will not be charged a cancelation fee if you cancel. NVSBC regrets that refunds cannot be issued after April 21, 2025. You may transfer your registration to a colleague if circumstances prevent you from attending the event.
Registration Transfer:
To transfer your registration to someone else in your company, please login to the Attendee Service Center and select ASC-Registration Edit on the left navigation. Select the Attendee Substitution button which will take you to the registration form. From there you can register the person who will be in attendance at the conference. Please reach out to vets@nvsbc.org if you have any questions or need further assistance.
Hotel Reservations:
A block of rooms have been secured at the Rosen Center for conference attendees and exhibitors at a rate of $140 per night plus taxes and fees. Take advantage of the VETS25 Conference discounted block rate. The housing block is open until either the block is sold out or Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
