
How to Download & Log Into the VETS25 App
Follow these quick steps to get the eShow Events app on your phone and access the VETS25 Conference.

Step 1: Download the App
• Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
• Search for eShow Events.
• Tap Download or Install, then open the app.
Step 2: Open the App
• Allow notifications so you can receive conference alerts, updates and Direct Messages throughout the conference.
Step 3: Find the VETS25 Event
• Tap Search for an event on the main screen.
• Type “VETS25” and tap Search.
• Select VETS25 Conference (May 13, 2025).
Step 4: Load the Event
• Tap the Load button to open the event.

Step 5: Navigate the Start Page
•Tap the Start button in the lower left.

Step 6: Explore the App
• View schedules, sessions, speakers, and exhibitors.
• Access the exhibit hall map and WiFi details.

Step 7: Log In
• Log in with your Attendee Service Center credentials (from your confirmation email).
• If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password link to reset it.
Tips
• Android: Tap the arrow in the top right to refresh.
• Apple: Swipe down to refresh.
• Some features require logging into My Planner with your attendee credentials.
• If you already have the eShow app, follow these instructions to find the VETS25 Conference event.
