Housing for VETS24 is now closed. The housing deadline has passed for the VETS24 Conference, as of April 30th.

For those who have booked through the housing block:

All rooms booked through eShow will be sent to the hotel on this date. Once rooms have been sent to the hotel, you will receive a confirmation message with your hotel confirmation number. You will not be able to call or email the hotel prior to this time to receive your confirmation number. Please use your eShow booking confirmation as your housing confirmation until your hotel confirmation number has been emailed to you. Please contact the hotel directly for any cancelations or modifications needed at (407) 996-9840.

For those who have yet to book hotel reservations: 

If you need to book a room for the conference:

• Contact the Rosen Centre directly at (407) 996-9840 to reserve a room.  It is not guaranteed you will receive the VETS24 room block rate.
• Check availability at the Hyatt Regency Orlando Convention Center.

BEWARE! PHISHERS ARE OUT THERE PHISHING!!

The only legitimate way to make your hotel reservation is through the eShow system, either during the registration process or in the Attendee Service Center. Emails claiming to help you with hotel reservations are a scam. When in doubt, contact us at vets24@nvsbc.org.

Travel Reminders:

• The Rosen Centre is approximately 20 minutes from the Orlando International Airport. If traveling by taxi, the average fare is $35-45 one way. 
• Please familiarize yourself with the hotel policies at the time of reservation. NVSBC cannot be held responsible for room cancellation policies, check-in/check-out times, additional fees, etc. 
• If you have made a reservation at the hotel outside of the VETS24 group block, either on your own or prior to the group block being set up, please call the hotel to have your reservation moved into the group block. Attendees who do not book in the conference block will be charged a daily Resort Fee. 
• While other companies may contact you about hotel reservations, eShow is the only official housing provider for the conference. Any other company is not endorsed by The VETS24 Conference. For your protection, please exercise caution when making hotel arrangements.
