Conference pricing is structured to allow for maximum discounts to early registrants and NVSBC member organizations. If you would like to receive the NVSBC membership rate, please become a member organization before proceeding with your VETS24 Conference registration. 
 

 *SMALL BUSINESS = firms that are registered in SAM as a small business 

What's included: 

• Full Conference Registration includes all General and Breakout Sessions, Networking Appointments, access to the Exhibit Hall (during show hours), and Networking Receptions.  
• One Day Registration includes all General and Breakout Sessions and Networking Appointments on that day, breakfast and lunch on that day, and access to the Exhibit Hall (during show hours) for that day.

Cancelation and Refund Policy: 
Cancelations will be accepted through COB (5:00 pm EDT) on April 23, 2024, and must be received in writing, to vets24@nvsbc.org. Registration fees will be refunded in full minus a handling and processing charge of $100.00 for individual registration. If you are a government employee or your registration fee is $0.00, you will not be charged a cancelation fee if you cancel. NVSBC regrets that refunds cannot be issued after April 23, 2024. You may transfer your registration to a colleague if circumstances prevent you from attending the event.  

Registration Transfer: 
To transfer your registration to someone else in your company, please login to the Attendee Service Center and select ASC-Registration Edit on the left navigation. Select the Attendee Substitution button which will take you to the registration form. From there you can register the person who will be in attendance at the conference. Please reach out to vets24@nvsbc.org if you have any questions or need further assistance. 

Hotel Reservations:
VETS24 utilizes our housing provider, eShow to book sleeping rooms for the conference.  All rooms booked through eShow will be sent to the hotel 2 weeks prior to the event date. Once rooms have been sent to the hotel, you will receive a confirmation message with your hotel confirmation number. You will not be able to call or email the hotel prior to this time to receive your confirmation number. Please use your eShow booking confirmation as your housing confirmation until your hotel confirmation number has been emailed to you. 

A block of rooms have been secured at the Rosen Center for conference attendees and exhibitors at a rate of $140 per night plus taxes and fees. Take advantage of the VETS24 Conference discounted block rate. You can either:  

• Book hotel reservations when your register for the VETS24 Conference
• Login to the Attendee Service Center (ASC) with your login credentials to book or modify your reservation after you register.

BEWARE! PHISHERS ARE OUT THERE PHISHING!! 

The only legitimate way to make your hotel reservation is through the eShow system, either during the registration process or in the Attendee Service Center. Emails claiming to help you with hotel reservations are a scam. When it doubt, contact us at vets24@nvsbc.org.
