Exhibitor FAQ
General Information |
|
All booth personnel and complimentary registrations can be registered within the Sponsor / Exhibitor Service Center (SESC). The point of contact for your company that purchased the sponsorship / exhibit booth received credentials to this service center. |
If your booth is not paid in full and approved by NVSBC, you will not see your company in the drop-down list. Keep in mind that this process is not instantaneous. Our staff makes every effort to check payments daily and approve paid companies as quickly as possible. Please email vets24@nvsbc.org if you have any questions regarding your booth payment status. |
Housing information can be found here! |
The VETS24 Conference will not have any guest/spouse registrations or offerings. |
No. While families are more than welcome at the hotel property, we kindly ask that all individuals onsite during VETS24 Conference events are eighteen (18) years of age or older. There are no exceptions to this policy. |
No. Only service animals are permitted. |
There could be many reasons why you haven't received any information from us and in order for you to have a positive conference experience, we need to fix it! We send e-mails from two databases - registration and membership. Are you in VetFedConnect? Both members and non-members of NVSBC receive marketing e-mails via VetFedConnect about conference and advertising opportunities - including alerts as to when registration is open for particular events. Is your profile up to date? If your contact information is not up to date, our marketing e-mails could be going to an inactive address. Are you the booth contact (i.e. the name associated with the booth) that registered for your company's space? Sometimes due to company turnover, we find that we send e-mails to an address that is no longer active. You must contact VETS24@nvsbc.org in order to change the booth contact for your company. This is only an issue if you are already registered for this event. Are our e-mails going to your junk or SPAM folder? You may have to identify the "NVSBC," "goeshow," and "The Expo Group" domains as safe in order to receive our e-mails. Please ask your IT department how to do this. If you are worried that you are missing something, please make sure you check the conference website. Most of the time, the information that we send in e-mails can also be found there. |
The exhibitor list can be searched on the Exhibitor List Page. |
NVSBC will publish an attendee list on April 30th which will only include contact information for individuals as they have indicated on the registration form. This list is for contacting individuals and for a one-time marketing effort to promote your booth. It should not be used for future marketing efforts. It will be located in and can only be accessed by registered attendees in the Attendee Service Center (ASC). Your password can be found in your registration confirmation e-mail. Please note that if any company reaches out to you about an Attendee List, that it is spam. The Attendee Service Center is the only location where you can access the Attendee List. |
NVSBC has a limited number of rooms available for rent for private meetings. Prices for room rental will range depending on the size of the room, size of the organization and time of day the room is required. To inquire about meeting room rental, please contact vets24@nvsbc.org. |

Exhibitor Planning & Logistics |
You can update your company profile in the Sponsor Exhibitor Service Center (SESC). Your login and password can be found on your confirmation e-mail. This is the information that will show up when people search for your company/booth on-line. Please ensure it is correct! NVSBC is not responsible for incorrect or missing information. |
Booth offerings such as booth setup, booth design, soft seating and extra furniture must be purchased through the Exhibitor Service Kit which will be available at the end of February. |
The Expo Group is the official general services contractor for the VETS24 Conference and will provide shipping labels for exhibitors to ship freight to the advanced warehouse. This information will be made available here closer to the conference! |
AV, Internet and F&B forms will be provided in the Sponsor Exhibitor Service Center (SESC) and orders will be placed directly with the hotel. |
The Expo Group can dismantle and ship your booth for a fee. |
Yes, you may pass out promotional items at your booth. Please remember that government employees may not accept items that value more than $20. No alcohol is permitted as a giveaway at your booth. |
You can provide a place for passersby to drop business cards to be placed in a drawing for a prize. Here are a few rules of thumb: It is unethical to "rig" the drawing and you could place government personnel and contractors in danger of violating ethics regulations if you do so. Technically, government employees CAN participate in a drawing for an item valued at more than $20 since the drawing is open to all. However, since different offices can make federal regulations more restrictive if they choose, there may be many government employees that are not allowed to participate. Please do not tempt or tease somebody for not participating. It's always a good practice to raffle off an item that can be transported via plane unless you plan to pay for shipping. NVSBC will not be announcing winners at any time. It is up to the company organizing the raffle to contact the winner(s). |
