The housing deadline has passed for the VETS23 Conference. If you need to book a room for the conference, cancel your reservation, or make any change, please contact the DoubleTree directly at 407-352-1100 to reserve a room. It is not guaranteed you will receive the VETS23 room block rate.

Location: The VETS23 Conference will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Head at SeaWorld located at 10100 International Drive Orlando, FL 32821. All NVSBC hosted activities and events associated with the VETS23 Conference will be located on the hotel property.

Schedule: The VETS23 Conference occurs on Monday, May 22, 2023 through Thursday, May 25, 2023. Quick overview of the VETS23 Conference events by day:

  • Monday May 22, 2023: NVSBC Board Meeting, NVSBC Members Meeting
  • Tuesday & Wednesday May 23-24, 2023: Core days of the VETS23 Conference
  • Thursday May 25, 2023: Half-Day In-Depth Workshops (no extra cost to registered VETS23 Conference attendees!)

Hotel Reservations: To take advantage of the VETS23 Conference discounted block rate (lower than government TDY rates!) you must make your hotel reservation through this website on the Attendee Service Center (ASC)! Your username and password can be found in your Attendee Confirmation Email. Once logged in, click the ASC – Housing link on the left navigation. UPDATE: The housing deadline has passed for the VETS23 Conference. If you need to book a room for the conference, cancel your reservation, or make any change, please contact the DoubleTree directly at 407-352-1100 to reserve a room. It is not guaranteed you will receive the VETS23 room block rate.

Travel Reminders:

  • Please note that it takes about 18-20 minutes to travel from the Orlando Internation Airport to the DoubleTree by Hilton Head at Seaworld. If traveling by taxi, the average fare is $35-45 one way.
  • Please familiarize yourself with the hotel policies at the time reservation. NVSBC cannot be held responsible for room cancellation policies, check-in/check-out times, additional fees, etc.
  • If you have made a reservation at the hotel prior to the group block being set up, please call the hotel to have your reservation moved into the group block. Otherwise, the hotel will charge you extra for a Resort Fee.
  • Reservations within the group block must be made by April 30th.
  • While other companies may contact you about hotel reservations, they are not endorsed by The VETS23 Conference. For your protection, please exercise caution when making hotel arrangements.
