UPDATE 5/16: We have officially SOLD OUT of Attendee Registration Passes for the VETS23 Conference and have closed registration! THANK YOU! We are so grateful for the support for the Veteran small business community. We are excited to see you all in Orlando! 

The waitlist has closed. Please add yourself to our mailing list to be notified of our upcoming events including our Awards Gala and VETS24.

If you are a exhibitor / sponsor, please use the Exhibitor / Sponsor Service Center to register your team with your remaining complimentary passes.

If you are a speaker, please refer to your speaker invitation for registration instructions. 

The housing deadline has passed for the VETS23 Conference. If you need to book a room for the conference, cancel your reservation, or make any change, please contact the DoubleTree directly at 407-352-1100 to reserve a room. It is not guaranteed you will receive the VETS23 room block rate.

The VETS23 Conference will be held on Monday, May 22, 2023 through Thursday, May 25, 2023 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Head at SeaWorld in Orlando, FL.

Conference pricing is structured to allow for maximum discounts to early registrants and NVSBC member organizations. You can purchase an NVSBC organization membership in conjunction with your VETS23 Conference registration.



What's included:

Full Conference Registration includes all General and Breakout Sessions, Networking Appointments, access to the Exhibit Hall (during show hours), and Networking Receptions.

One Day Registration includes all General and Breakout Sessions and Networking Appointments on that day, breakfast and lunch on that day, and access to the Exhibit Hall (during show hours) for that day

Cancelation and Refund Policy:

Cancelations will be accepted through COB (5:00 pm EDT) on April 24, 2023, and must be received in writing, to vets23@nvsbc.org. Registration fees will be refunded in full minus a handling and processing charge of $100.00 for individual registration. If you are a government employee or your registration fee is $0.00, you will not be charged a cancelation fee if you cancel. NVSBC regrets that refunds cannot be issued after April 24, 2023. You may transfer your registration to a colleague if circumstances prevent you from attending the event.

Registration Transfer:

To transfer your registration to someone else in your company, please login to the Attendee Service Center and select ASC-Registration Edit on the left navigation. Select the Attendee Substitution button which will take you to the registration form. From there you can register the person who will be substituting in as you for the conference. Please reach out to vets23@nvsbc.org if you have any issues.
