Please note that NSTA will not provide shuttle service between conference hotels and the convention center.

You must make your hotel reservation through IMN Solutions, the official housing provider. Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served, space available basis. Submit your reservation request as soon as possible to guarantee your hotel choice.

Book Your Reservation

All reservations must be received by Monday, September 25, to guarantee availability and conference rates. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates. Make a new reservation, modify, or cancel an existing hotel reservation.

Additional Information

Deposit

All reservation requests must be accompanied by a valid credit card guarantee for deposit of one night’s room and tax for each room reserved.  Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED during this initial stage and will be held as a guarantee only.

Acknowledgements

IMN Solutions will send reservation acknowledgements within 24 hours via email if booked online or by telephone.  If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, please contact IMN Solutions.  You will not receive written confirmation from the hotel.  Confirmations from the hotel will be emailed approximately two weeks prior to the convention dates.

Cancelations & Changes

Reservations cancelled after August 21, 2023, will be subject to a $50 processing fee. Rooms cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival date will be charged a $50 processing fee and a hotel penalty of one night’s room and tax.

Through October 2, 2023, changes and cancellations can be made online or by contacting IMN Solutions via email (nstahousing@imnsolutions.com).  After hotels have issued confirmation numbers, contact hotels directly to make changes and cancellations.

The local airport is Kansas City International Airport (MCI) and is about 20 miles from the Kansas City Convention Center.
