Exhibit Schedule

Please note that while the Kansas City Conference Programing begins on October 25th - the expo will still open on October 26.

Exhibit Installation:

Tuesday, October 24                  11:00 am - 5:00 pm
Wednesday, October 25              8:00 am - 5:00 pm
All exhibits must be installed by 5:00 pm Wednesday.

Exhibit Hall Hours:
Thursday, October 26              11:00 am - 5:00 pm
Friday, October 27                       9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday, October 28                   9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Exhibit Dismantling Hours:
Saturday, October 28                  3:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Sunday, October 29                    8:00 am - 12 Noon
 

NSTA does not permit early dismantling of any booth on the show floor. Any exhibitor found to be packing, dismantling early, or abandoning booth space prior to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday faces a $500 early dismantling fee and jeopardizes priority points and booth positioning at future NSTA conferences.
