Exhibit Installation:

Tuesday, March 21 11:00 am - 5:00 pm
Wednesday, March 22 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
All exhibits must be installed by 5:00 pm Wednesday.

Exhibit Hall Hours:

Thursday, March 23 11:00 am - 5:00 pm
Friday, March 24 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday, March 25 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Exhibit Dismantling Hours:
Saturday, March 25 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Sunday, March 26 8:00 am - 10:00 am

NSTA does not permit early dismantling of any booth on the show floor. Any exhibitor found to be packing, dismantling early, or abandoning booth space prior to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday faces a $500 early dismantling fee and jeopardizes priority points and booth positioning at future NSTA conferences.
