Marketing Opportunities

NSTA has multiple channels to help you connect with attendees pre-show and onsite at the conference. These options have proven successful for driving traffic to booths and workshops.
 
Email Blasts
Send a dedicated email to either all attendees or a targeted audience selected by grade/position/discipline/institution type:

Conference App Bundle
Showcase your presence via the main attendee navigation tool of the conference.  The App Bundle includes a Banner Ad plus two Push Notifications:

Bag Insert
The first 2,500 attendees to check-in onsite will receive a custom conference bag filled with conference information.  This will be one of the first touch points for attendees onsite; Make sure your information is front and center as they plan their schedule:

Digital Signage Network
Located throughout the facility, the Convention Center's network consists of 23 LCD screens (55"), providing the opportunity to showcase your presence throughout the conference.  Utilize to spotlight your exhibit activities, workshops, and new products/services:

Company Showcase
Strategically located in high-traffic areas, these custom signs are HUGE, over 6' in height and 3' wide, providing significant space to feature your exhibit, workshop, and product/service information:

Floor Sticker Package
Secure a set of 3 highly visible floor stickers with a big impact, measuring 5'x7' each.  Located in the Exhibit Hall, direct attendees straight to your booth!
