Exhibit Set-up Hours:
Wednesday, October 23      8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Thursday, October 24          7:00 am - 9:00 am
*All exhibits must be set-up by 9:00 am on Thursday.
**All booth are required to have some type of floor covering provided by Hargrove for a fee or by the exhibiting company.

Exhibit Hall Hours:
Thursday, October 24          11:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday, October 25                 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Saturday, October 26             9:00 am – 12:00 noon

*Exclusive Exhibits & Exhibitor Workshop Hours:
Thursday, October 24           11:00 am – 12:30 pm
Friday, October 25                  3:00 pm – 4:00 pm.

Exhibit Dismantling Hours:
Saturday, October 26             12:00 noon – 6:00 pm
*All exhibits must be broken down by 6:00 pm
