Continuing Education/Continuing Medical Education

The 2021 Virtual Conference offers continuing education credit for Nurses and Physicians who attend designated live streaming (live activities) and/or on-demand (enduring material) sessions. A Certificate of Participation is also available for Non-Physician Healthcare Professionals.

The material presented in the education sessions represents the opinions of the faculty and not necessarily the views of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO), the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (AAHPM), the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association (HPNA), the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), and the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).

How to Earn CE/CME Credit and Request a Certificate

To receive CE/CME credit for a session, participants must watch the keynote session or participate in the live session, review the references provided, explore the discussion chats, and complete the evaluation located in the Attendee Lounge to request CE/CME credit by September 30, 2021.

Certificates will be emailed to participants by October 31, 2021.

Please Note: Requests for CE/CME credit after this deadline will incur a $50 processing fee. CE/CME credit is NOT available after December 31, 2021.
