Reimagine
NHPCO’s Leadership and Advocacy Conference has become a staple for leaders and aspiring leaders in the hospice and palliative care community. In 2023, our leadership conference is taking on a new name: the NHPCO Annual Leadership Conference (ALC2023).
ALC2023 is the premier conference for leaders and aspiring leaders working to advance the field of hospice and palliative care. With a long history of unsurpassed educational and networking opportunities for hospice and palliative care leaders, ALC2023 still offers the same great connection and content that NHPCO has shared for over 40 years, but now provides even more value than before. With information and events for all leaders in your organization, ALC2023 addresses the challenges and changes we face today, and tomorrow.
Reflect
Unprecedented times call for uncommon leadership. The NHPCO Annual Leadership Conference will not be “business as usual.” We are committed to elevating our leadership dialogue and innovating the strategic thinking that has become necessary to survive and thrive. Joining ALC2023 means investing time in pioneering conversations that will spark bold, innovative thinking. The conference will include ample networking opportunities, focused topical discussions, and time for team building and application. Consider submitting a proposal for a session when the call for proposals opens in March 2023.
This reimagined conference will explore topics such as:
- Building Interdisciplinary Team Leadership
- Transforming the Healthcare Delivery System
- Navigating a Post-Pandemic World
- Managing the Healthcare of Individuals Living with Serious Illness
- Evaluating Tough Options
Reach
Developing aspiring leaders is imperative for your organization. ALC2023 will keep these future leaders up to date on current issues, build their strategic skills, and introduce them to a peer network to help them advance, ensuring your organization does not miss a beat in a competitive environment.
