What to Expect
The STD Prevention Virtual Conference will be comprised of a combination of live and prerecorded sessions for you to enjoy.
Live Sessions: There will be approximately three hours of live content available daily (Monday - Friday) during the conference dates. Live sessions will be comprised of plenary sessions, panels, mini-plenary sessions, debates, and Q&A with oral and symposia speakers. You will be able to interact live with speakers through the question feature on the conference platform.
Prerecorded Sessions: Oral sessions and symposia sessions will be prerecorded and released over various conference dates for you to watch at your leisure. There will be a live Q&A available for all the prerecorded sessions so you can engage with the speakers directly. There will also be opportunities to engage with prerecorded session speakers through the attendee chat and session discussion boards.
ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
Poster Sessions: Posters will be made available for your viewing as a PDF throughout the entire conference. You will be able to interact with the poster author directly through the attendee chat feature.
Exhibit Hall: Attendees will be able to interact in a virtual exhibit hall any time during the conference to interact with exhibitors. You will be able to use the attendee chat feature to ask questions and learn more about their products and services.
Networking Sessions: The Conference Planning Committee are looking for ways to engage attendees with opportunities to network. Visit the Special Events & Sessions tab to learn more.
