All-Day Training #2: Source Selection Simulation
Speaker: Tom Elesser, Professor of Contracts, DAU
Have you ever wondered what happens behind closed doors in a government source selection facility? Join this full-day source selection simulation for a hands-on opportunity to not only see how exchanges between government and industry take place, but to craft exchanges for a deeper understanding of the process and how it affects business objectives on either side of the table. Participants will complete an entire source selection including the initial evaluation, evaluation notices, competitive range determination, and final evaluation briefing and selection. Buyers will leave with strategies for engaging with industry and conducting a thorough and fair review and sellers will leave with new insights to set expectations and communicate with buyers throughout this process.
