The event platform, eShow, is compatible with laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones. Ensure you review the
System Requirements Checklist prior to the event to ensure you can successfully participate online.

Q. Do I need to install or download anything to attend the event?

There is no need to download or install anything prior to the conference. The event will automatically open in a web browser. If windows do not open automatically, be sure to double-check that pop-ups are allowed in your browser.

Q. What is NCMA doing to ensure a comfortable and safe event environment?

We are working extremely hard to create a comfortable and sanitary environment for all attendees. Working closely with the Gaylord Rockies and the Marriott’s Commitment to Clean, we will be implementing health screening for attendees, speakers, and staff, redesigning space to facilitate proper social distancing, providing hand sanitizer stations, providing individually packaged nourishment, and increasing cleaning and disinfection frequency.

While we can certainly take these steps, it is critically important that you, the attendee, also do your part. Therefore, every person attending this event is expected to diligently follow the well-being policies and protocols put in place for this event.

Q. What happens if I do not feel safe attending after registering for In-Person or get sick prior to World Congress?

We understand circumstances change and will switch your registration to virtual and refund you the difference between in-person and virtual.

Q. How do I volunteer for World Congress?

If you would like to volunteer for World Congress, please visit here for more information and to submit your application by June 11, 2021. Assignments will be made based on your location (virtual or in-person), comfort with technology, event-based needs, and arrival/departure dates provided in the application.
