Q. How do I claim education credit?
All attendees must perform the sessions evaluations to earn education credits. In order to claim your credits for your certificate of attendance you can visit the Attendee Service Center OR use the Mobile App to rate the sessions.
In the Attendee Service Center, click on the Session Evaluations and Credits and then on the Start button and answer the questions that will appear in the dropdown window for the sessions you attended live or watched on Replay. Once this is done, you will see a date where the start button used to be which confirms your completiton. Your Certificate of Attendance will update after you make your selections.
In the App you will have to sign in to rate the sessions under My Planner. The login is your email and the password you will receive from NCMA. Tap on the Agenda from the Navigation Menu and click on the title of your attended session. Once in the session, click on the Rate box (it looks like a clipboard) on the top right and answer the questions.
All evaluations must be performed by December 7th, 2023. * Evaluations are available once the sessions happen in real time during the conference thus you can only rate a session after the session has ended.
