Group registration discounts are available for groups of 10 or more from the same organization. Groups can be made up of both members and nonmembers, and both in-person and virtual attendees. No additional discounts can be applied.
Step 3: Once the invoice is paid, group registrants will be registered on their behalf and receive a confirmation email once registered.
Be Well Agreement for In-Person Attendees
Any public space where other people are present holds an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases. By attending this event, I agree to voluntarily assume all risk related to exposure and agree to not hold NCMA or any of their affiliates including partners and sponsors, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, or sponsored venues liable for illness. I will take necessary precautions while at the NCMA event including, but not limited to, engaging in appropriate social distancing, wearing a mask in public areas when not consuming food or beverage, minimize face touching, frequently washing hands and avoiding risky environments such as overcrowded bars or restaurants. I agree to not attend any NCMA event if I feel ill or had recent exposure to a COVID-19 case.
All cancellations, substitutions, and requests for refunds must be done in writing and e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Substitutions are welcome! There is no charge for substitutions, but additional fees may apply based on the substitute's membership status. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution due prior to the start of the event.
Registrants who are unable to attend the meeting/ training must e-mail their cancellation or refund request to email@example.com. A $100 GCMS fee will be applied to all cancellations received before November 25. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 5:00pm Eastern Time on November 25. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows. If you are issued a refund, your access to the platform and continuing education credits will be revoked.
Registration badge switching/ sharing/reprints and virtual platform login sharing is prohibited.
Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Limit one (1) special offer/discount code per registration.
