GCMS VIRTUAL PLATFORM NOW OPEN! LOGIN HERE.


In-person registration will close on November 29th at 11:59pm ET. After this time you will have to register onsite. Please be prepared to provide your proof of vaccination or negative Covid-19 PCR test taken within 3 days of your arrival to GCMS.

Many organizations have strict e-mail firewall restrictions. In order to make sure you receive your confirmation e-mail and other important event updates, please have your IT department add mail2.netronixcorp.com to the SPF record in the sending domain DNS.

In-Person
GCMS will be held at the Omni Shoreham in Washington, DC. In-person registration includes two breakfasts, two lunches, and breaks. All in-person registrations include access to the virtual event as well. In-person registration will close on November 29th at 11:59pm ET. After this time you will have to register onsite. Please be prepared to provide your proof of vaccination or negative Covid-19 PCR test taken within 3 days of your arrival to GCMS. 

Virtual
Please make sure your system meets all the technical requirements prior to registering for virtual GCMS. Please refer to this System Requirements Checklist and share it with your company's IT department if necessary.

NCMA Membership
Nonmember and group nonmember registrations include a one-year membership to NCMA. Your membership term will run from January–December 2022. For more information on NCMA membership benefits, please click here.

You can check your membership status by logging into your NCMA account at www.ncmahq.org. Go to the "Sign in" link at the top. If you have any questions on Your NCMA membership status, e-mail memberservices@ncmahq.org.

 

Group Registration
Group registration discounts are available for groups of FIVE or more from the same organization, regardless of NCMA membership status. Groups cannot be made up of registrants from the same NCMA chapter if they are not from the same organization. No additional discounts can be applied.

Cancellations, Substitutions, and Requests for Refunds
All cancellations, substitutions, and requests for refunds must be done in writing and e-mailed to meetings@ncmahq.org. Substitutions are welcome! There is no charge for substitutions, but additional fees may apply based on the substitute's membership status. Registrants who are unable to attend the meeting/training must fax or e-mail their cancellations or refund requests on or before November 22, 2021. A $100 administrative fee will be applied to all cancellations received before November 22, 2021. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 5:00 p.m. ET, November 22, 2021. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows. Registration switching/sharing is prohibited.

Virtual Registrants
Please make sure your system meets all the technical requirements prior to registering for virtual GCMS as refunds will not be issued if you cannot access the platform due to your organization's firewalls or policies. Please refer to this System Requirements Checklist and share it with your organization's IT department if necessary.

Make sure your organization's firewall does not block e-mails coming from NCMA by adding mail2.netronixcorp.com to the SPF record in the sending domain DNS. You will receive access to the platform two weeks prior to the event start. If you do not receive the e-mail, please contact meetings@ncmahq.org.

In-Person Registrants
If you get sick prior to GCMS, please notify NCMA (meetings@ncmahq.org) written notice at least 24 hours prior to December 2, 2021, and we will switch your registration to virtual and will refund you the difference between the in-person and virtual registration.
