Will my continuing education classes count towards my eight CE hours required by the NC Licensing Board for General Contractor (NCLBGC)?

Yes, all classes offered by the North Carolina Builder Institute (NCBI) have been approved by the NCLBGC and will count towards your yearly requirements. You must make sure you have entered your qualifier number (not your license number) and your name exactly as it appears on your qualifier record or you may not get credit for your class(es).

Expo Hall

The Expo Floor is open:
Wednesday, October 4     10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Thursday, October 5           9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m


You will be able to pick up your badge on-site at the 21CBEC registration desk located in the Rotunda. Your confirmation email includes a QR code which can be scanned for quicker badge pick-up or we can look you up by name. 


Parking

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Concord / Concord Convention Center is conveniently located off I-85 at Bruton Smith Blvd. The best part? Parking is free for day only attendees! Just pull up, park and walk into the convention center. Overnight guest have a nominal fee of $4 per night. 


Special Events

Yes, however, we cannot guarantee availability. We strongly encourage advance registration.


Luncheon and breakfast events are ticketed as well as the Women in Construction panel. There is an additional fee for these events separate from a floor pass registration. However, with a floor pass registration you may attend Builders, Beer and Banter on Wednesday afternoon. All Continuing Education classes are individually priced.
