Abstract Requirements
Before submitting, ensure you have the following information ready:
- Title: A concise and informative title that reflects your research.
- Category: Select the most appropriate category for your abstract.
- FDA Device/Drug Status: Indicate the status of any device or drug mentioned.
- Abstract Entry: Up to 3,500 characters including spaces.
- Authors: Ensure all authors have current disclosures. Submit or update your disclosure here.
Abstract Categories

General Submission Policies
Each author must submit a disclosure within one year of the abstract submission deadline. If disclosure is not possible by the deadline, the author should be removed.
Presenting authors of accepted abstracts must register for the meeting and cover travel and registration costs. Ensure proper funding before submitting.
NASS may withdraw any proposal at any time. Presentations must follow AMA ethics and may not be used for product promotion.
Violations of NASS or ACCME guidelines may result in disciplinary action. Use generic names for products whenever possible.

Once your abstract is ready, follow these steps:

- Complete the submission form and ensure all co-authors have disclosures submitted.
Important Notice
By submitting your work, you agree to attend the meeting in person if your abstract is accepted. Availability from October 14–17, 2026 is required to avoid future submission restrictions.
