Submit Your Symposium Proposal

The North American Spine Society invites you to submit proposals for symposia at our 40th Annual Meeting in Denver, Colorado. Taking place from November 14-16, 2025, this is your opportunity to lead an engaging, multidisciplinary session that highlights the latest advancements in spine care.

Submission Deadline: Wednesday, February 19, 2025

Instructions for Submission

Follow these steps to submit your symposium proposal:

  • Click the "Submit a Symposia" button below to begin.
  • You will be redirected to the NASS login page to start your submission.
  • Use your NASS username (email address) and password to log in. If you need assistance, you can request a forgotten password or create a new account if it's your first time.
  • All faculty must have a current disclosure submitted. Faculty with an out-of-date disclosure will not be able to participate. Submit or update your disclosure here.

Required Information for Symposium

Ensure you have the following details ready when submitting your symposium proposal:

  • Title: A clear and descriptive title for your session.
  • Description: A 200-300 word summary of the session’s focus and objectives.
  • Educational Objectives: List 3-4 objectives that the symposium aims to achieve.
  • Agenda: A detailed agenda for a 90-minute session, including talk timings, titles, and faculty assignments.

General Submission Policies

NASS reserves the right to withdraw any proposal at any time. All faculty must adhere to the AMA Code of Medical Ethics, Opinion 8.061, “Gifts to Physicians from Industry.” Medical device companies are prohibited from submitting symposia on behalf of authors. Violations that subvert the educational content of the meeting and threaten NASS’ ACCME accreditation will be subject to disciplinary action.

Faculty may not use their presentations to market products or services. Generic names should be used whenever possible; product-based names should only be used when necessary.
