NASS 2024 Annual Meeting Surgical Stadium Call for Procedures
Chicago, IL | September 25-28, 2024
NASS invites you to submit a procedure to be performed in the Surgical Stadium at 2024 NASS Annual Meeting!
Presented in the Surgical Stadium, a specially constructed demonstration lab with seating for several hundred spine care practitioners, these surgical technique demonstrations have proven to be some of our highest attended and highest profile sessions.
The Surgical Stadium will be designed as a film studio with the surgical proceedings being projected on the screen live. The surgeon presenter will be wired with a microphone to discuss the proceedings with a moderator to help host. The audience will be able to ask questions via the aisle microphones and chat apps.
This opportunity will allow your company to propose the use of a procedure, or technology. Your proposal MUST include a list of company-provided surgeon presenters and moderators.
Once the deadline has passed, NASS' program committee will review and select from the submitted procedures. NASS will maintain control of the content and presenters. The allotted time for these sessions are 60 minutes allowing for procedure demonstration and Q&A.
There will be a total of 12 NASS organized non-CME surgical stadium sessions. These sessions will be highlighted not only by the physical design of the Technical Exhibition, but also be featured as premier educational content.
Supporting companies MUST agree to a fee of $30,000 which includes the following:
- cost of one specimen
- basic surgical theater instruments
- one C-arm
- video licensing agreement for footage
Any additional equipment and requests will be quoted as needed.
Submission Deadline: June 1, 2024
Booth Sales Open: February 2024
